|  Yukari is a typical high-school student who listens to her parents and attends school everyday. As she starts to question her way of life, she encounters a group of fashion design students who has a clothing label known as "Paradise Kiss". The group needs to find a model to showcase their designs in an up-coming fashion show and decides to pick Yukari instead. Initially, Yukari was reluctant to be associated with this seemingly eccentric group, but eventually, she realises that they are really nice people. Furthermore, their passion and enthusiasm to follow their ideals and dreams make Yukari realise that she has not been enjoying her life and this motivated her to pursue her own dreams. Quote ("jiyufishie") Hot fashion and awesome love. A very short anime series that integrates fashion with making decisions in life. It's a great anime, with great music, and great clothes designs. Have you seen this before?

| I love the Parakiss anime. It's not a typical love story, and in many ways it has a realistic feel to it. In general, it's an original story that doesn't come around too often. Quote (heejungee) Is there an anime for Gokingjo Monogatari too? I have not watched anime in so long, I've just been reading manga. However, I would not mind checking out the anime for the manga that I like and I like Ai Yazawa's work. Thank you! There is an anime for Gokingjo Monogatari, too. But I don't think the whole thing is subbed yet.

| it's a very moving anime but i prefer the manga rather the anime because of the drawings . it would be so cool if it was adapted as a movie or drama^^

| ParaKiss was wonderfull anime (I haven't read manga yet), I like it a lot! The story had even a real ending! ^.^ Not like majority of anime which I've seen and they were somehow... unfinished? Every time I though: THIS is the end, wtf?! (I know, I know, if I read manga...) But ParaKiss had even the end! ^.^ And music was also great! I love Tomoko Kawase *in love*

| I cry every time I read the manga and watch the anime. The ending was definitely unexpected and totally disliked. I love the entire series though.
