Twilight is a series of four vampire-based fantasy/romance novels by author Stephenie Meyer. It follows the adventures of Isabella "Bella" Swan, a teenager who moves to Forks, Washington and finds her life turned upside-down when she falls in love with a vampire named Edward Cullen.

Quote ("Rocker.Princess")
you knew this was coming...

so, what did you think of the book?

i think the 4th book killed the whole series in a way...

Siggie leeched off of Nixie~

I just love the Twilight series. I bought all four books and read all four books many times, even though eclipse is the last on my list.

Well, of course the first one is the best! But even so, if it was only one book I would have complained about that instead.. So I'm happy with it ^^
But! The fourth, Breaking Dawn(really like the title), really was kinda down.. Like, I didn't really like the baby ;S
Well, whatever! I'm happy if I just don't have to look at the birth, with all the blood and gore, in the cinema. XD

I love twilight so much. Personally I think the movie killed the books but hey that's just me. I love all of the books except New Moon and parts of breaking dawn. It was too much too soon. I like Harry Potter but I think Twilight is so much better then Harry Potter(guess it's because I'm a girl). The book is amazing to anyone who hasn't read it they really are missing out.

i have all the books. i don't really like the last book very much because it was somewhat boring. i lie the first and third book the most! the third book was more entertaining and just exciting with the werewolves and vampires joining forces together.

I, too, really liked the series up to the fourth book. The fourth books was okay but I got the feeling that she changed the ending or changed the plot from what was originally intended. If this is the case it was probably because some dimwit released a copy of her unfinished manuscript, Midnight Sun, which was going to be the fifth book in the Twilight series. If you go to her website she discusses what happened and why she probably won't finish the manuscript. It is also uncertain whether she will continue to right further books in the Twilight series. Because she didn't want her honest faithful fans to have to use illegal methods to obtain a copy of the partial Midnight Sun manuscript she is making a copy available for download via her site. I've read the first chapter and it's very good. It's based on Edward's viewpoint of what happened during his initial meeting with Bella and several of their meetings thereafter. Haven't finished reading it as yet so I don't know how many of the books is covered in the manuscript. Just know that I'm extremely put out that I won't get to read the real thing as it was intended to be viewed from Stephanie Meyer.

I really didn like the books (shields herself from rabid fangirls) the premis was good but I felt that all the books were a big build up to where nothing much really happens and everyone goes home happy.

I finally got down to read the books...ughh...seriously,no offense to the fans, but i hated them.Sexism, pedophilia vibes and a logic that makes you want to gouge your eyes out>_>
This person here, describes exactly what i have in mind about it:

Again,no offense to those who love it,but in my opinion Twilight is of the worst readings one can have>_<
