| RP and post your ice sculpture picture here! Example RP: Mary begin carving a swan out of the ice. Before doing so, she closed her eyes and tried to imagine a graceful pose of a beautiful white swan. bla bla bla bla Finally after so long, she was done! In front of her stood a beautifully crafted swan ice sculpture. ------------------------------------- Soumyee's EDIT: It's a beautiful white Christmas and the garden is covered in snow... Looking like a fairyland with the white glow all around...  So lets have fun with the snow and make ice sculptures!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!! RULES!!
1. In case you are planning to go back into the "Socialize" thread, please write a post here, stating you're leaving the grounds (and heading to the hall/palace etc). And also, in the Socialize thread, write a post stating that you just came in from the garden. 2. Vice-versa holds as well. If you're leaving the palace to come to the gardens, please write a post in BOTH places stating the same thing as mentioned above. 3. Please read through other guests' posts and try to make a different ice sculpture than them. Variety is lovely! 4. You have been provided the following tools to help you:
* Ice chisel to shape your sculpture
* Ice pick to break big chunks of ice
* Nylon brush for removing chips
* Sanding discs for a smooth finish

| Soumyee suddenly decided that a ship was NOT her cuppa tea!! Thinking deeply as to what she should make instead, her eyes landed on a musical fountain in the garden! She narrowed her eyes and stared at it... Hmm... Musical fountain.... music.... OH YEAH! "I shal make a wonderful HARP!!! Filled with new inspiration at the thought of a new idea, Soumyee happily picked up her chisel and began carving away!!!! <333

| Ethan helped the countess chisel away at the two blocks. They started off by using the ice picks to shape the ice into bulky sculptures that looked more like lumps than they did ice sculptures. Trading for a chisel, Lakota started carving out the antlers on one of the blocks while Ethan began making the head on the other. An hour went by and the two blocks started to look more like animals like they should. However, they were still far from complete. They invested some more time in it... Ethan's block took on the shape of a doe, while Lakota's looked like a buck. After an unknown amount of time had lapsed, Countess Lakota polished off her creation. The two of them, Ethan and Countess Lakota, stepped back and looked at their pair of graceful deer.

| Soumyee knew that the Christmas Q&A had started, but since she already knew the answers, she didn't bother to go.. Then again, she could win those prizes... Ahahahaha!! Tempting... GAAHH!! She hadn't yet finished her sculpture!! Picking up her chisel once more, Lady Soumyee made the shards fly everywhere! *Pound away, pound away!!* ♫♫

| the butler had suddenly materialized in front of him, holding out a bag of donuts, and leaving without a word. wyndfyre blinked. he pulled out a donut from the paper bag. he looked at it suspiciously for a moment, before shrugging and stuffing the whole donut into his mouth. he had food now, who cares who the butler belongs to. looking around with renewed energy, the result of food in his stomach, he noticed that everybody was making something out of ice. there were sculptures of an octopus, a swan, a carriage, a deer... and his personal favourite, snow cones. wyndfyre thought he might as well contribute something to this event. inspired by the snow cones, he began to gather up some ice. a moment later, it was done! he stood back to admire his work. his grin fell a bit. it looked like a pile of mushed ice. it needed something more... snapping his fingers, he hurried back up to the palace.

| Lady Soumyee looked around at the hard at work people in the garden, and then wondered if they knew the Christmas Q&A had started? Standing up, she decided she'd let them know... Walking out in the midst of the clearing, she filled her lungs and bellowed out,
"Attention ladies and gentlemen! The Christmas Q&A has officially started! Please proceed for a moment to the palace to collect the Question Paper!! The event is being held here!! So set those gears spinning in your head and have fun!!!! ♥♥♥" "Also, for those of you, who haven't yet submitted a dish for the banquet, PLEASE DO SO HERE, OR I'LL MAKE SURE TO FEED YOU TO MY PET CROCODILE!!!"  ---------------------------------- After threatening her sweet guests, she felt very pleased with herself, and so saying, she decided she'd announce in the Great Hall as well!! And trotted off to do so!!

| wyndfyre skidded to a stop, back from the palace with a bowl and glasses of different juices. going back to work, he was done within five minutes. feeling proud of himself, he set his masterpiece on the garden wall. presenting (drumroll please) ice kacang!! beaming idiotically, he picked up the bag of donuts he had set aside and proceeded to demolish another donut.

| Soumyee returned to the gardens and picked up her chisel again! She pounded furiously and furiouslier AND even MORE furiouslier!!! And lo! It was ready!! The brilliant ice sculpture!!!! Wow!!!! She swooned at the sight of her masterpiece, collapsed and banged her head on the same masterpiece... "Look little birdies... I think I'm going bli-n-d..."

| Countess Lakota watched for a little while as a few others finished their masterpieces. She was impressed! Lady Soumyee's harp and Baroness Ocha's carriage really were wonderful. She was a bit dismayed with Duke Windfyre's sculpture... although it did look yummy. Brushing the chips of ice from her gown, she proceeded inside the palace to see about this Q&A Event.

| When Lady Valentine entered the Royal Garden, she heard the beautiful, soothing music. While the music was playing she immediately think of something wonderful to sculpt! Then she suddenly saw Lady Soumyee, then looking at Lady Valentine's right side, she saw tools for the sculpting, then she start sculpting a beautiful castle. Hours later, she finish the sculpting, and decided to have a full look at the beautiful castle. With proud, she knew it was finish so she decided to leave it there and go to the Grand Hall were socializing is the main topic.

| Lady Soumyee finally woke up from her daze and looked around.. Several marvelous sculptures now graced the garden!! Sighing in wonder, she got up and drifted around... After admiring the different sculptures, she walked into the palace to look for Lady Nicolette..

| as wyndfyre leaned against the wall eating yet another donut, he felt a rustle in his pocket. odd... he was sure he emptied out all the food wrappers earlier... he reached in and drew out a neatly folded letter. doubly odd. opening it, he scanned the contents. reaching the end, he paused. he blinked once and reread it slower. "signed, the count..." he repeated, squinting at the last few words. "chu... what on earth is a chu?? and what count..." he glanced over his shoulder as though expecting to see the mysterious count standing behind him. okay... he thought. highly suspicious... how did it get into my pocket?! but now the question stands: should he follow the instructions? he was curious to know why the count wanted to meet. it could be just a friendly invitation. but no hot tubs. (xD) on the other hand, it was definitely suspicious... wyndfyre snorted. well if this count finds him interesting and wants to meet him, he'll have to find him first. wyndfyre pulled himself up onto a low tree branch and made to leave. but he remembered something crucial. he jumped back down onto the ground and snatched up his bag of donuts. there, inventory complete. he hopped back up into the tree and left the garden, jumping from branch to branch, merrily munching on a donut, seemingly without a care in the world~

| After 6 hours of shaving ice, Duchess Katie finally sculpted a beautiful elephant ice sculpture. "I think I'll head to the banquet hall," said Katie, as she wipes the frozen sweat icicle off her forehead, "Afterall I deserve a break from accomplishing this astonishing event, of actually finishing something..." And so she walks back towards the banquet hall.

| After shaving ice with LOTS OF "accidents" finally Niki finished the cake. 'As I've guessed it before...my sculpture is sooooo simple,ne....'
Niki then walked around again to see if she can do something.
